October 20 in Kiev Palace of Children and Youth began VII International Forum "Innovations in Modern Education". Organizes and conducts forum company "Exhibitions of the World" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (letter of MES of Ukraine No.1/9-516 dated 07.10.14). Zaporizhzhya National University is one of 77 leading universities of Ukraine, participating in this year's forum.

Representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University won festival of amateur video "Ya ZA", devoted to their hometown. Video of Acting Department students of the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology Evhen Kozlov and Anna Slokovenko "Zaporizhzhya by eyes of children" ranked first on the results of the final vote. Its authors received the main prize - 10 000 UAH. The work on their short films involving pupils of Zaporizhzhya educational complex № 101, coordinated by their Head Galina Lokaryeva.

On October 17-18, Faculty of History teachers took part in the International Scientific Conference "German National-Cultural Movement of Bessarabia: History and Prospects", held as the part of the First International Forum "Tarutinskij Dialogue - 2015" in the village of Tarutino, Odessa region. The conference was organized and conducted with the support of the "Union of Germans of Ukraine", chairman of the NGO "Bessarabian House" Svitlana Kruk, Associate Professor of Archeology and Ethnology of Ukraine Odessa National University Pryharin Oleksandr, Head of "Guards of the German Cultural Centre "Pearl" Valentyna Vaysbek.

October 17 at the Faculty of History of Zaporizhzhya National University held a regional event for interactive youth organizations and groups of the Euro-Atlantic direction "Ukraine NATO Youth Summit 2015", which was attended by pupils and students of Zaporizhzhya region of ZNU Faculty of History.
