Today Ukrainian nation celebrates the solemn date of its centuries-old history – the Day of Unity, the holiday of unification of Ukrainian lands into a single independent country - Ukrainian National Republic. 
Council of the Faculty of Foreign Philology elected a new dean. Galina Moroshkina – the candidate of philological sciences, associate professor, whose scientific interests are connected with French philology, set that post.
On January, 19 in the Scientific Library of ZNU the exhibition of the famous Zaporizhzya artist Stanislav Kikeev was closed. 
On January, 12 the guests of our University became a group of students of the Historic Faculty of New-York State University (Fredonya). 
Today in our University the competition selection passed among students who claim for acquiring scholarship from charitable «Fund of brothers Klichko».
