Yesterday, the traditional New Year's party took place at ZNU Faculty of Economics. Executives, lecturers, students gathered to celebrate this holiday.
Did Moroz and Snegurochka – students Vitaliy Kinchak andAnastasia Melnik greeted the audience. Raffle, contests, sweet surprises were waiting for student-economists.
The Dean of the FacultyAlla Cherep congratulated the audience. She noted that 2012 had been challenging but successful for the Faculty of Economics. During this year the scientific achievements of the Faculty have increased: such lecturers as Nelya Proskurina and Nadia Smigol have defended PhD thesis, six other scientists joined the ranks of candidates. Students-economists were actively involved in scientific activities and competitions. Among the best - Oleksiy Minyailo – the winner of the regional competition for talented young people in the category "Economy" and the All-Ukrainian Contest of student projects of economic reforms conducted by All-Ukrainian Union of Academic Economists. Students of the Faculties of Economics and Mathematics actively participated in three charity events. The most active participants were awarded with certificates. Among the awardees the head of the Student Council (Faculty of Economics) Ivan Zadumin.
The concert was held for the participants of the celebration. The songs were performed by Oleksandr Afonin and Alina Sur, saxophonist Yaroslav Vovk.
