January 9th, on the day of his 55th birthday, the Rector of Zaporizhzhya National University, a member of Zaporizhzhya Regional Council Mykola Frolov noted the Order of 2nd degree "For merits before Zaporizhzhya"

Honorary award Mykola Oleksandrovych received from the hands of Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Council Viktor Mezheyko, who welcomed the jubilarian on behalf of all deputies. Also, on behalf of Governor Oleksandr Peklushenko congratulated Mykola Frolov the First Deputy Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration Viktor Yemelyanenko.
