Today, September 25, at the faculty of History of Zaporizhzhya National University begins its two-day International Conference "Underground space, exploration, research, secondary use". The scope of this research collection is unique not only for academic historians of our university, but also for members of all national science. The importance and relevance of the proposed for consideration and discussion of topics by the fact that the event has shown willingness to participate 40 scientists from leading universities from all regions of Ukraine. Also their thesis for the conference submitted by researchers from the UK, Germany, Poland, Russia and the United Arab Emirates.
The conference took place due to the cooperation of Zaporizhzhya National University, Vasilievsky historical and architectural museum-reserve "Popov's Homestead" and yakiv Novytskyi Zaporizhzhya scientific society. For this event Zaporizhzhya scientists won the grant of the European Society of environmental history. The fact that in Ukraine hardly developed a line of research historiosophical as environmental history that is gaining popularity in Europe and in the United States. Today in our country in universities have not prepared 
specialists in this discipline, no proper methodological support. So the organization of the conference, abstracts of participants which will then be published in English, was an important step towards a new discipline in the national historical science and at the same time - for integration into the European Research Area.
