Zaporizhzhya historians' specialized edition included in the scientometrics database «Index Copernicus»

Collection of "Proceedings of the Historical Faculty of Zaporizhzhya national university" has gained respectable international status. After passing an independent examination, publication included in the framework of international Scientometrics «Index Copernicus» (Poland). This database is currently the authoritative tool that allows you to assess the quality and impact of scientific publications. At the end of 2015 «Index Copernicus» includes over 13,000 journals. It is noteworthy that 11 Ukrainian periodicals of historical sciences indexed in the database, Zaporizhzhya magazine took the 3rd place by rating (ICV 2014 - 54.5 - http://journals.indexcopernicus.com/Scholarly+Works+of+t,p24782551,3.html?utm_source=SARE&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=ICI+Journals+Master+List+2014).

Inclusion of Ukrainian proceedings to international scientometric database is consistent position of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, is a prerequisite for the integration of Ukrainian scientists in the international scientific community.
Collection of "Proceedings of the Historical Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University" published since 1993 and is currently the magazine known national and international level. Professional collection covers a wide range of issues of history of Ukraine and foreign countries, international relations, archeology, source study, historiography, historical theory and methodology of science.
In the present circumstances the presence of a Ukrainian scientific space significant number of periodicals low quality is important to the basic international publishing standards, editorial review articles, free access, English-language bibliographic information and the availability of articles in foreign languages, international composition of the editorial board, frequency and timing of release, good peer review, ISSN-ID.
