January 16, in Zaporizhzhya National University held a regional, final, stage of Olympiad in Physical Training among pupils of 9-11 forms. The organizers of this event were representatives of Zaporizhzhya Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education of Zaporizhzhya city council.
Sports Health club of Zaporizhzhya National University traditionally base for holding this Olyimpiad. At this time the event was attended by 66 students (33 girls and 33 boys) from schools of the city and region. The novelty of this year is that for the first time to participate in the Olympiad joined pupils of 9th form and preparatory group (for health). 
Competitions consist of six stages. Extension stage - presentation "Olympians of Zaporizhzhya region" that students have prepared in advance and presented in open access in the Internet network. Contest participants passed tests (40 questions), game task (all kinds of sports) and competed in the following stages of the competition as "tourism", "gymnastics" and "athletics".
