On April, 22 the Day of open doors was traditionally conducted in Zaporizhzhya national university. This time the action gathered the record number of guests: about two thousand university entrants and their parents visited the university.
Solemn part began with national anthem of Ukraine and the hymn of Zaporizhzhya national university.
Rector of ZNU, Doctor of History, professor Sergey Timchenco greeted university entrants, their parents and guests of the University. He outlined main achievements of the University and mentioned that it belongs to ten of the best classic universities of our state. Today we do our best to prepare specialists for our state.
The secretary of entrance commission of ZNU Victor Tcachenco acquainted university entrants with the rules of present introductory campaign, in particular, told about necessary documents, about the favourable categories of university entrants and about the features of entry to state (payless) form of study and for contract one.
After the solemn part all whishing had an opportunity to pass previous testing (dictation in Ukrainian and tests in speciality). Those who show the best results would be able to become the students of our university without passing examinations.
