On May 27 in sports complex of ZNU the 5-th Open Championship of Zaporizhzhya region in jiu-jitsu took place.
The composition of participants – their number and age pleasantly astounded fans. In the competition took part more than hundred fighters from eight to twenty five years, who fought for champions’ titles in different styles, wage and age categories. Significantly enlarged the geographical scope: besides Zaporizhzya teams, juveniles from Pology, Dniprorudne, Dnipropetrovs’k, Tokmak, Ternivka, Pavlograd participated in the championship.
In the framework of the Championship were also conducted club competitions among children of 7-8 years, participants of SK ZNU.
The representatives of Zaporizhzhya Fegeration of jiu-jitsu won three first and one second places.
The winners gained awards and diplomas, and audience and fans – many positive emotions and satisfaction from real male fights.
