In 1979 Tetiana Holovanova has graduated from Omsk State Pedagogical University. She worked for three years as a teacher in a rural school. In 1985 she started working as an assistant at the Department of Pedagogy of Omsk State Pedagogical University. In 1990 she defended her PhD thesis "Preparation of high school graduates for family life: (on the material of the city and village schools)", specialty: 13.00.01 - Theory and history of pedagogy.
From 1988 to 1991 she worked as an assistant, senior lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology. In 1996 she became the Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy. Since 2007 Tetiana Holovanova has been working as Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Educational Activity.
Combination of professional, practical and public activities:
- Gender Adviser to the Head of the Regional State Administration (2015-2019).
- Head of the Center for Gender Education, SPP Faculty.
Tetiana Holovanova it the author of more than 150 scientific publications, including 3 monographs; 6 textbooks, 2 programs of educational courses, 9 methodical recommendations; 45 articles in professional publications; 18 articles in scientific journals; 68 abstracts of conferences.
Research interests: socio-pedagogical work with student youth, the formation of educational policy on gender equality and non-discrimination in education, gender research, the formation of professional competence of masters - teachers of higher education.
