Staff of printed mass media of our university took part in «Zaporizhzhya accent», organized by Zaporizhzhya regional youth organisation «Press-center «Accent» and by board on problems of family and youth of Zaporizhzhya municipal council.
According to results of the competition, the regional academic newspaper «Zaporizhzhya university» took the second place in the nomination «Syudents’ editions», and the magazine «Dziga» was marked with the Honorary brevet «For strong traditions».
This year in exhibition took part 84 молодіжні editions into 5 nominations: «School press», «Students’ press», «Press of colleges and technical schools», «Youth press of public organizations», «Youth press». Geography of the exhibition has also widened: not only representatives of Zaporizhzhya region, but guests from Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kryvyi Rig, Donets’k and other cities of Ukraine represented their editions. Participants of exhibition visited training-classes of leading journalists of Zaporizhzhya, and editors of editions had an opportunity to take part in the round table, dedicated to the modern state of youth media in Zaporizhzhya region and to prospects of its development.
