The leadership of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University always supports the desire of teachers to improve their professional knowledge and skills, including using the experience of foreign colleagues and partners, thanks to the opportunities given for the representatives of ZNU to take part in the international academic internships. So, the other day the lecturer Anna Sharaya returned from the University of Wrocław (Uniwersytet Wrocławski, Wrocław, Poland). She undertook an internship on the base of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics in April of this year.
According to Anna Sharaya, she had the opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient history of the University, which has more than 300 years, and the modern methods of teaching legal disciplines. Besides, the leadership of the University of Wrocław provided the opportunity to work in a well-equipped modern library. The University library contains a large number of educational and scientific literature in paper and in electronic form, published in Polish, English and Ukrainian languages. Anna Sharaya estimates her internship experience on the basis of the Polish University as a very interesting and informative, which helped to raise the level of professional competence and learn more about the innovative methods of teaching at a Polish higher education institution.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Tetyana Kolomoyets expressed satisfaction with the development of the Polish vector of international cooperation at the Faculty of Law. She also expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation with the University of Wrocław.
