In the framework of the cooperation agreement between ZNU and Association of women-lawyers of Ukraine «Law firm», students of the Faculty of Law participated in webinar
The Faculty of Law of ZNU (Zaporizhia National University) cooperate productively with Association of women-lawyers of Ukraine «Law firm», which is one of the first Associations of women-lawyers in Ukraine and it aims to become a platform for the exchange of experience, development and support of women in the legal career.
In the framework of the cooperation, the Masters of the Faculty of Law, led by dean Tetiana Kolomoiets, joined to the interesting online event with a narrator Khrystyna Kit, on the topic «Eviction of ex-spouses: ECtHR (European Court of Human Rights) case law and approach».
According to the data of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the statistic of registered and divorced marriages in Zaporizhia region in 2019 is positive, because registered marriages was 9 595, and divorces only 2 010. At the same time for lawyers, a practice in civil and family law is quite attractive because of the dynamics of these relationships. That is why the administration of the Faculty of Law of ZNU, taking care of different development of students' competences, directs their thirst for practical knowledge to participate in such activities.
It is important to mention that students have a great interest in online meetings, because they are the representatives of a prospective digitized state, that’s why they see an efficient method of education in online events.
