October 5, teachers and students of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University and its graduates gathered together to celebrate an important date: the quarter-century from the beginning of its educational activities. Also, the event was visited by special guests from the University administration, and ZNU friends: the leadership of the region and city, courts and law enforcement agencies, and public organizations. In addition, faculty received congratulations from more than 50 partners, well-known Ukrainian and foreign higher educational establishments which prepare future lawyers.

During his stay in Zaporizhzhya as part of “German Weeks in Ukraine”, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine Dr. Wolfgang Messinger met with students and teachers of Zaporizhzhya National University. In a friendly atmosphere they discussed topical issues; in particular they were talking about the development prospects of relations between Ukraine and Germany. The students from different courses of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, representatives of the Philology Department, as well as those students who study German as a second foreign language took part in discussion.

Yesterday the closing ceremony of the week of European languages, which took place at College of Economics and Law from 26 September to 4 October, was held in the events hall of the 2nd campus building. In its framework there were held various events intended to popularize foreign languages among students of all specialties of the College of Economics and Law.
