On August 7, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to Ukraine, Mr. Martin Hagström, visited the Zaporizhzhya National University. During his stay at the university, the honorable guest met with the Head of the Supervisory Board of ZNU Mykola Frolov, представниками адміністрації, викладачами та співробітниками вишу, аби обговорити перспективи розвитку representatives of the administration, lecturers and colleagues to discuss prospects for the development of the Swedish direction of international activity of the University. Also, there was arranged a tour of the educational buildings and the campus of the higher educational institution. Ambassador of Estonia Gert Antsu made official visit to ZNU
On the 7th of June, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Ukraine, Gert Antsu, and and the Project Coordinator for Development, Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance of the Embassy, Anastasiia Mykhailova, visited the Zaporizhzhya National University. The honored guests met with the Acting Rector of ZNU Oleksandr Bondar, the Vice-Rector for Research Hennadiy Vasylchuk, the Head of the International Department Natalia Kostenko and the Associate Professor of the Department of English Translation Theory and Practice of the Faculty of Foreign Philology Oleksandra Holovko.

Representatives of ZNU visited Narva College of University of Tartu
Recently, the Associate Professors of the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation from English of Zaporizhzhya National University Oleksandra Holovko and Svitlana Zapolskykh have visited for an educational purpose the Narva College of the University of Tartu (Estonia). There they undertook an internship according to the program "Erasmus+". This visit became the next stage in the development of cooperation between ZNU and the Narva College of the University of Tartu. The first stage took place in November 2016 when the delegation of ZNU, under the leadership of the Vice-Rector for Research Hennadiy Vasylchuk, visited Estonia on a study visit in the framework of the project "Introduction of the model of multilingual education and the methodology of an integrated teaching of subject and language (CLIL) in Zaporizhzhya National University and Zaporizhzhya region".

Representative of French partner Université du Maine visited ZNU
РThe Rector of ZNU, Professor Mykola Frolov met with the guest of the University – Mr. Nirin Randrianantoandro, a Professor at the Université du Maine, coordinator of the international program ERASMUS+, Deputy Director of the Faculty of Physics for international cooperation to discuss the issues of further cooperation and preparation of a double master's degree in Physics. Academics of the Faculty of Economics participate in the International Ukrainian-Polish Symposium

Today, January 24, Zaporizhzhya National University was visited by the representatives of the Embassy of the Czech Republic: Minister Counsellor David Mašek and Director of the Czech Center in Kyiv Lucie Řehoříková. They discussed with the Rector of ZNU, Professor Mykola Frolov the prospects of cooperation in the field of science and education, in particular, the possibility of conducting Czech language courses and the setting up of the specialty "Czech language and literature".
