Today, at the Faculty of Mathematics of ZNU was a solemn graduation ceremony for specialists and masters of full-time and correspondence departments. This year at the faculty graduated 202 young specialists, 49 of which received diplomas cum laude.
April 26 at the Department of Mathematics Students closing ceremony and awarding of winners of the fourth nationwide, the Eleventh Regional Conference of Young Scientists "Actual problems of mathematics and computer science."
April 25 on the basis of ZNU mathematical faculty the 4 All-Ukrainian, 11 regional scientific conference of young researchers "Actual problems of mathematics and computer science" took place.
April 20 in the walls of Zaporizhzhya National University held the first round of Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest. The competition was attended by 16 teams, which included representatives of higher education institutions III-IV accreditation levels in Zaporozhye region.
The activists of The Student’s and Graduate student’s Scientific Society of mathematical faculty held the meeting of the round table “Problems of Modern Mathematics”. As the moderator of the meeting was the director of the SGSS of the mathematical faculty – Inna Starchenko
March 16 at the Palace of Culture "DSS" began citywide event "Battle of universities." In the event was attended by representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University, Zaporizhzhya National Technical University Zaporizhia State Engineering Academy. Honour our university defended five students mathematics faculty led senior lecturer in information technology Vadim Maslennikova.
