December 2 Head of Preparatory Department, associate professor of Philological Faculty of ZNU Iryna Bakalenko within the framework of vocational guidance work visited secondary schools of Vasylivka and Vasylivka district.

November 26, with the assistance of Veselivsky district administration, district employment center in conjunction with the district education department at the premises of Veselivsky district gymnasium held vocational guidance event "Graduate 2014". The event was attended by representatives of educational institutions at various levels of accreditation. Zaporizhzhya National University was represented by the Head of the Preparatory Department Iryna Bakalenko.

In Biological Faculty of ZNU during the academic year continues active vocational work activities. Its teachers often attended gymnasiums, schools and lyceums of the city, talking with high school students of Zaporizhzhya. So, recently established cooperation with chemistry and biology teachers and their pupils from Energodar.

Despite the fact that the entrance campaign in 2014 though still far in Zaporizhzhya National University today conducted a hard work for the study and form a contingent of future students of our university. Active vocational work by our university members continues not only in Zaporizhzhya but also in all areas of Zaporizhzhya region and parts of a neighboring areas. So, November 25, 2013 Head of the Preparatory Department Iryna Bakalenko made ​​another vocational trip to schools of the Orikhiv region.

Among the priorities that are set by the members of the Preparatory Department of ZNU - conducting systematic career guidance work for high school students of schools not only in Zaporizhzhya but also in the schools of Zaporizhzhya region. Thus, 20 and 21 November, they made regular vocational trips to schools of Zaporizhzhya and Yakymivsky regions.

Vocational work at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of ZNU made ​​immediately in several ways, including the attraction to work with the future entrants of students and masters.

November 16 in Energodar held the annual vocational event "Day of future student". The event was organized by the Scientific and Methodological Center Department of Education of Energodar City Council of Zaporizhzhya region. Among the participants were representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University.

November 7 indoors exhibition complex "Kozak Palace" was opened exhibition "Education Fair". Within the framework of this event were interregional specialized exhibition "Entrant-2014", which was carried out in Zaporizhzhya already in fifteenth, "Study Abroad", which carried out third time, and "Career Day", during which there was a meeting of potential employers of the region with all those wishing to find or change their work.

Staff of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of ZNU are always willing to share their experiences with colleagues. The practice of holding master classes has long been a tradition at the faculty.

October 28 at the Faculty of Foreign Languages held 16th Methodological practical seminar for teachers of foreign languages ​​in Zaporizhzhya. These teaching activities at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of our university held for six consecutive years. Thanks to cooperation with Information-analytical methodological center of the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, the popularity of these practical seminars is increasing every year. So, this time the event visited more than 150 teachers.
