April 28th was held sports contest of Zaporizhzhya region in table tennis among teachers and staff of higher educational institutions of III-IV accreditation levels.
In early April, in Ukraine was held the first award ceremony for the best representatives of non-Olympic sports "Sports star of the year". Athletes were presented awards in seven categories for the most significant achievements in the past year. 
At the beginning of this week, the students of the Faculty of Economics and Humanities of Zaporizhzhya National University in the city of Melitopol, according to a letter of the Office of Youth and Sports of Melitopol City Council Zaporizhzhya region "On the festival of morning exercises" and on the occasion of World Health Day took part in the Festival of morning exercises "Movement for life".
