Master student the specialty "Biology" of Zaporizhzhya National University Yuliia Biela returned with victory from Mykolayiv National Agrarian University. On the basis of the higher education institution September 30 - October 1, passed the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Students' Olympiad of academic discipline "Biology" (section "Biology of Animals") of 2013-2014 academic year.
September 12-14, the Department of Information Technology of the Faculty of Mathematics of Zaporizhzhya National University conducted a second round of All-Ukrainian students' programming Olympiad in the South. For the title of best in the field of knowledge competing 22 teams from leading universities of Nikolaev, Odessa, Zaporizhzhya, Melitopol and Berdyansk.
April 23-24 at the Kharkiv National University Municipal Economy named after A.M. Beketov was held 2nd stage of All-Ukrainian Students' Olympiad in "Ecology; environmental protection". Among the winners of science contest - a representative of the Biological Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University: 4th year student of specialty "Ecology" Oleksandr Voloshin and Master student of the same specialty Svitlana Streshna.
In early April, in Kharkiv National Pedagogical University was held a second round of All-Ukrainian Students' Olympiad on Ukrainian language. Competitions brought together over 50 participants from different cities of Ukraine. In particular, Zaporizhzhya National University presented 2nd year student of the Faculty of Law faculty Mykyta Zhukov.
In the second stage of All-Ukrainian Students' Olympiad on specialty "Finances and Credit" / specialty "Banking", which was held April 10-11 at the Kharkiv Institute of Banking University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, attended a master student of the Faculty of Economics Yulia Kosharna and Andrii Popov. As the jury, was Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Economics Andrii Lynenko.
March 15 on the basis of College of Economics and Law of ZNU were held just two Olympiads - IV All-Ukrainian Olympiad in the Ukrainian language and VI All-Ukrainian Olympiad on mathematics among students of higher educational institutions of I-II accreditation levels of Zaporizhzhya and Zaporizhzhya region. Program of measures were envisaged grand opening and implementation of tasks by students as well - meeting of sections of educational institutions teachers-participants.
Last week at the Department of Foreign Languages for Specific Purposes of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Zaporizhzhya National University were summarizing 1st stage of All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in English for students of non-linguistic Faculties of ZNU.
