"Lead me, the right way..." - this name had a literary and musical composition, dedicated to the outstanding poet of our time Dmytro Pavlychko by November 19 held at the Faculty of Philology. Masters' students of specialty "Ukrainian language and literature" under the direction of associate professor of Ukrainian Literature Department Yulia Kushneryuk presented at the discretion of the audience her vision of the life and career of the famous national writer, translator and social activist whose influence on the development of modern Ukrainian culture can not be overemphasized.
November 17, to the International Students' Day in Zaporizhzhya National University was held a gala concert of the contest "Let us introduce ourselves, 1st year!". It was a welcome feast for freshmen who wished to find out who won an intense four-day contest, and for their senior colleagues who attended the ceremony to support first-year students, and see performances by emerging talent of our university. By the way, the organizers of the event - ZNU members of the Cultural Center, called the concert "Birthday of Stars". During the festival rewarded not only the most talented young artists of our university, but also those who won the faculty and university stages of the contest "Student of the Year".
November 1 is a special date for all residents in Bulgaria, as well as ethnic Bulgarians living in other countries. That day they solemnly celebrate important national holiday - Revival Day. So in this country called the activists of the national and cultural revival of the beginning and middle of the XIX century, when the country was still under Ottoman rule.
2October 1 in Zaporizhzhya National University began a series of events marking the 200th anniversary of the birth of the world renowned poet and prose writer, classical Russian literature Mikhail Lermontov. Teachers and students of the Faculty of Philology decided to introduce all lovers of poetry, little known facet with the artist. So began the celebration of Lermontov and readings during which dealt with the Ukrainian motifs in his work, the influence of this poet in our literature and poetry revealed relationship with Mikhail Yurievich painting and music.
October 16 in Zaporizhzhya National University solemn meeting took place on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Department of Law at the Faculty of History and the preparation of legal practitioners in our region. To congratulate the teaching staff and students of the Faculty of Law with this significant event, the festival was attended by representatives of the regional and city administration, high officials, employees of internal affairs, lawyers, among whom were many graduates of ZNU.
October 14 in Zaporizhzhya National University Cultural Center organized a Cossack fair, which was held on the occasion of the Ukrainian Cossacks Day, the Feasts of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the Day of the formation of Ukrainian Insurgent Army and the Liberation Day of Zaporizhzhya.
October 2 students of the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology of ZNU congratulated their teachers on the Teacher's Day. The event was organized by educational theater, Acting Department and by Students' Council of the Faculty.
Yesterday, September 30, was held a meeting of the Academic Council of Zaporizhzhya National University, which at the beginning Cultural Center welcomed the teaching staff of the university with an original vocal performance.
