Scientists of ZNU have opportunity to receive grant from Spencer Foundation

The representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University have had the opportunity to participate in the grants competition of the Spencer Foundation. The goal of the Foundation is to explore the ways to improve education worldwide. The Foundation aims to strengthen the connections of research in education with the policy and practice.

Development of international activities is among the priorities of ZNU

During the report on the results of scientific activities of Zaporizhzhya National University in 2016 the Vice-Rector for Research Hennadiy Vasylchuk emphasized that the last year was fruitful for the development of international activities of the University. He pointed out the strengthening of academic mobility of the university representatives and the conclusion of new agreements on cooperation with foreign universities.

Meeting of Scientific and Methodological Council of ZNU devoted to ways of improvement of the Concept of foreign language learning

Yesterday, January 24, in Zaporizhzhya National University was held a regular session of the Scientific and Methodological Council under the chairmanship of the Vice-Rector for Educational Research and Academic Affairs, Professor Oleksandr Hura. The participants discussed the prospects of further development of the Concept of foreign languages learning, the introduction of the CLIL methodology for teaching academic subjects at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the organization of sports clubs for students as part of a healthy lifestyle.
