Urban studios in Ukraine were investigated on the Faculty of History

Recently, a scientific seminar “Urban studios in Ukraine: urban space and symbolic images of Zaporizhzhia” has been held on the basis of the history department. The event was held in the framework of the international scientific project "Practices of self-representation of a multinational city in the industrial and post-industrial era", which is carried out with the support of the the Kowalsky Program of Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies of University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada).

Students of the World History and International Relations Department successfully completed a translation practice in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

The students of the history faculty of the specialty “International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studios” had a translation practice for two weeks in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In particular, students had internships in the First European Department (Valeriia Kosar and Anna Manuilova), the Second European Department (Anna Skrypnyk), the Human Resources Department (Kateryna Bielik) and the Department of the European Union and NATO (Yuliia Rozbytska). Also, two interns of the Faculty of Economics (Viktoriia Bielik and Dariia Synooka) agreed to join the students of the history department in agreement with the heads of the practice.

Coordinator of the European Program Erasmus + in the direction of Jean Monet "European Values in Literary Arts", deputy dean of the Faculty of History for International Affairs, associate professor of the Department of World History and International Relations Stanislav Cherkasov took part in the International Conference of Project Coordinators Erasmus+ held on November 28-29  in the city of Brussels.  The event was organized by the European Commission together with the Executive Agency for Education of the European Union.
