Valentin and Julia Gnatuk Visited ZNU
October 16, writers, members of the Creative Union «Congress of Writers of Ukraine», corresponding members of the Peter Academy of Arts and Sciences, winners of the National Literary Prize "Golden Pen of Russia" Valentin and Julia Gnatuk visited our university. The meeting with students and lecturers was held at ZNU Scientific Library. The events was supported by the Zaporizhzhya Center for Ecological Culture and Charitable Foundation "Oleksandrivskiy".

Today the second day of the "Freshman Dancing Flash Mob 2012" took place at ZNU. The organizers – ZNU Center for Cultural Work and Student Council.
October 12, the students of the Faculty of Foreign Philology (specialization: Spanish and Literature) celebrated the national Spanish holiday, so called Día de la Hispanidad. The celebration took place on the small stage of the 2-nd Academic building during the big break. This holiday marks the day on which Christopher Columbus and his crew first landed in the New World in 1492.
October 11, ‘What? Where? Why?’ Intellectual Game was held at ZNU Faculty of Economics. Students of ZNU College of Economics and Law and pupils from 15 schools took part in this game.
October 11-12, the International scientific-practical forum "Science and Business - the Basis of Economic Development" lasted in Dnepropetrovsk. It was organized by the Ministry of Education, Science Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University and National Center of Aerospace Education of Youth of Ukraine Named After A.M. Makarov.
Today is the first day of the "Freshman Dancing Flash Mob 2012" at ZNU. The organizers – ZNU Center for Cultural Work and Student Council – conduct second consecutive event. Flash mobs were gained popularity and become favorite dance activities among the students since than. Now, there is no big celebration without them in our university.
Recently, the presentation of the Scientific Society of Students and Graduates' for the 1-5 courses students was held at the Faculty of Mathematics.
