Much-anticipated ‘Mister ZNU 2012’ was held in Drobiazko Centre, campus bld. 8. Striking and fabulous show was possible owing to its organizers and information partners: ZNU administration, Centre of after-class activities, ZNU Student Council, ‘Universe’ internet radio and ZNU press centre.
February, 18 (campus bld. 8) a meeting between the management of Fund for Disabled Persons in Zaporizhzhya region and volunteers was held at the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology, ZNU 
It was for the first time when examination in choreography has been taken in a new mode at the Department of acting.
January, 26 instead of traditional dancing sketches the spectators could enjoy the real performance: graduates together with their younger colleagues, supervised by Yuliana Goncharenko, their choreography teacher have presented a brand-new exam version – choreographic show based on the play of Yanush Glovatskyi “Cinders”. 
The Professor of Family Psychology from University of Kentucky (Lexington, USA) Jason Hans visited the Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology of ZNU. This isn't his first visit within the international exchange Fulbright Program. Prof. Hans gave several lectures for students-psychologists on May 11-13. The lectures' topics were: Theories of Love and Partner Search, Family Relations, Family Crises, Sex and Gender, Sexology and so on.
On April, 1 the group of the Zaporizhzhya region orphanages' educators majored in "Social Pedagogy" graduated from the Center of Business Education of ZNU. They had two-weeks course id studying in the Center.
On January 21st within the School of Pedagogic Mastery the faculty staff of the Chair of Pedagogy and Psychology organized the round table Improving of the Pedagogic Mastery of The Teacher of Higher Educational Establishment.
On December 22, at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology there was the round table discussion Specialty of Social Pedagogue Popularization in Zaporizhzhya. The scientists, students, and the social organizations specialists researched the level of people's awareness of the social pedagogue profession popularity, the demand on the social pedagogic services, and the quality of these services in Zaporizhzhya.
