On April 19-22 at the Department of Physics of ZNU there was the second tour of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympics in Physics. 70 participants from all over Ukraine took part in the contest. It is the third and the last time ZNU hosted the Olympics. ZNU student Evgeniy Duda won the third prize.
The Department of History along with Scientific Society of Students and Graduates organized the student scientific conference devoted to the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the World War II 1941-1945 years. 
On April 18th around two and a half thousand city and oblast schools pupils arrived to ZNU to take part in the free trial testing in Ukrainian language and literature, and in foreign languages.
On April 17th on the territory of the Oak-Grove within the Earth Day there was the action "Clean City - Healthy We". The action organizers were the Center of Education and Cultural Work of ZNU and the Committee of Family and Youth of Zaporizhzhya City Council. More than 570 students participated in the clean-up project.
In Zaporizhzhya National University the results of the 3rd All-University conference of the students and young scientists "Young Science" were summed up. Traditionally the conference organizers were The Scientific Society of Students and Graduates and the Department of Science and Research of ZNU. 750 people took part in it. 
First time in the university history the sport competitions of both men and women teams were won by the representatives of the same department. They are biologists!
