The delegation from Magdeburg (Germany) composed of President of Magdeburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Honorary Professor of ZNU, Dr. Klaus Hickmann, Business Executive of Magdeburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Honorary Doctor of ZNU Wolfgang Mertz and Director of “Magdeburg-Zaporizhzhya Cooperation Center”, Honorary Professor of ZNU, Dr. Dieter Raue visited Zaporizhzhya National University.

6th elections of Student-Dean were held within celebrating Faculty of History Day in Zaporizhzhya National University. Two candidates were seeking this office – freshman Andriy Toshchev and third-year student Olexandr Proskurin.

“Mutual Understanding Implies Real Actions” round-table discussion, dedicated to the problems of HIV (AIDS) prevention and attitude of society to HIV-infected people, was held in Zaporizhzhya national University on November 30.

“Integration of Gender Component into the Field of Education” round-table discussion and presentation of text-book “Basics of Gender Theory” were held in Zaporizhzhya National University under the framework of regional action “Integration of Gender Component into the Field of Education” organized by the Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Psychology.

First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Volodymyr Ogryzko met with students and lecturers of the Zaporizhzhya National University. His visit was made within the framework of the program of informing society about European and Athlantic integration of Ukraine, priorities of Ministry’s work and matters of national foreign policy.
