Based on the Junior Business Management Academy of Kommunar regional center of youth and students held city tournament in information technology. Tournament organizers were: the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Zaporizhzhya City Council, Department of Economics of Zaporizhzhya National University, and ZOIPPO Komunarskiy regional center of youth and students.

On December 24 at the Economics Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University held opening ceremony of the Christmas tree. The festival, organized by the Students' Council, visited Dean Alla Cherep, teachers and students.

On December 6 at ZNU held traditional stage of All-Ukrainian Junior Academy of Sciences. Took part in it about 600 high school students - pupils of 9-11 forms of secondary schools. Zaporizhzhya region (Polohy, Guliaipole, Tokmak, Kushuhum, Novokaterynivka etc.). Contestants written tests in different fields regional stage of the competition JAS - protecting scientific works, scheduled to take place in February 2016.

On December 7 in the hall of the National Police Directorate in Zaporizhzhya region held activities for the International Volunteer Day. Participation in them were teachers and students of the Faculty of Economics of Zaporizhzhya National University.

On December 2 at the Junior Academy of Business Management of Kommunarskyi regional center of youth and students held th 5th city contest in information technology. The organizers of the contest were the Faculty of Economics of ZNU and Komunarskiy regional center of youth and students. The contest was attended by teams of pupils groups in informatics and programming school educational establishments of Zaporizhzhya (Zaporizhzhya City Botanical Garden, KRTSMSH MAUB, SYUT). Total 27 participants competed in three nominations: «Junior», «Office» and «Web-design».

By the World Day of Science the 30 of November in 2015 in the conference room "Congress" hotel "Bratislava" in Kiev held a major international forum "Ukraine Scientists and teaching staff in the name of the cofirm world, stability and development of society."

December 1 the world celebrates World AIDS Day. Traditionally, the first day of winter are worldwide action to support programs to prevent the spread of AIDS. So the initiative of activists of the student council at the Economics Faculty of ZNU held awareness-raising and charitable action "Protect Your Future". Its main goal was to attract the attention of young people to the problem of HIV / AIDS, the formation of knowledge about HIV / AIDS and promote HIV risk reduction, tolerance towards people with HIV education and desire to follow the rules of a healthy lifestyle.

On November 24 at Zaporizhzhya National University held the second National Conference "Sustainable development of the economy based on resource efficiency". It started on the initiative of representatives of Economics Faculty of ZNU with the support of state and public organizations and the participation of many institutions of higher education - the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, Ukrainian Union of economists, the Academy of Higher Education of Ukraine, Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, the Center for Ecological Culture in Zaporizhzhya, Zaporizhzhya State Medical University, Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy and others. During the conference, participants discussed the priority issues that today constitute the basis of the sustainable development strategy of our country, and a number of the related issues: the greening of production, global reorientation of the energy system to renewable resources, the need to reform the economic system involving innovation and investment in the industry ecological production, and problems associated with this administrative reform of decentralization.

Yesterday, the 3rd of November, at the Faculty of Economics held annual presentation of Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates, Doctoral Candidates and Young Scientists for the 1st year students.

On October 22 was a visit to NATO Headquarters representatives of Ukrainian civil society and central authorities, organized by the Center for Information and Documentation of NATO in Ukraine. Visit the headquarters were able to contest winners "NATO Quest". Among the many winners "NATO Quest" this year - Master of the Faculty of Economics of Zaporizhzhya National University Oleksandr Korobov. Faculty of Economics under the direction of Dean, Doctor of Economics, Professor Alla Cherep joined the active participation of the "NATO Quest" in May after the presentation in Zaporizhzhya National University.
