May 17 in the framework of the official visit to Zaporizhzhya National University at the Law Faculty a meeting of candidate of science, Associate Professor of the Department East European Institute of International Studies, University of Wroclaw Tomash Shyshlyak with professors of the Faculty.

On the US Constitution and ways of combating corruption in the country told to Law Faculty students of ZNU Kenneth Bernhard, senior advisor to the law firm "Cohen and Wolf" in Bridgeport (Connecticut, USA). Within a week he taught in the Ukrainian capital, and yesterday, on the 20th of April he attended Zaporizhzhya National University with the lecture. The visit took place as a part of the academic program of the Center for International Legal Studies (Salzburg, Austria).

On April 6th at the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University held the traditional intellectual competition - "The most smartest 1st year student." The event was organized by the members of the Scientific Community of Stuents and Postgraduates, Doctoral Candidates and Young Sientists of the Faculty of Law (Head – Olha Popova, and also Tetiana Sokol, Vladyslav Bandrovskyi, Anton Barlit and Oleh Pelypenko) under the guidance of the Dean Tetiana Kolomoets and representatives of the Departmnent of History and Theory of Law.

Yesterday, March 1, at the Faculty of Law summed up the contest of scientific papers of comparing the legal system of Ukraine and Germany (Public Service). It is worth noting that all participants performed intelligence of professional German legal language. More than 30 students of second year of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University were wished to participate in the intellectual competition.

February 29 at the law faculty of our university gathered the best experts in Ukraine tax law. The main purpose of the meeting was discussion of legislation of Ukraine in the field of tax law. The event was visited by large number of scientists who are the legal advisors of public authorities. They help in the preparation, justification and approbation of various legislation and regulations, carry out scientific expertise. This event is very important for the learning process, because at the Faculty of Law Laboratory has problems rulemaking and enforcement functions which includes providing practical skills to prepare legal documents Regional level.

At the Faculty of Biology of ZNU during February was held a series of measures as part of the I-th stage of Ukrainian Student Olympiad on biological trends in the 2015-2016 academic year. All of the winners will take part in the second stage, which will take place at the various universities, Zhytomyr State University named after Franko - specialty "Biology" (19-21 April), Lviv National University named after Franko - "Chemistry" (6-9 April), Kharkiv National University of Urban economy named after O.M Beketov - "Ecology, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources" (April 25-28), Odessa State Environmental University - "Ecology" (25-30 April), Kremenchug National University named after M. Ostrogradskii - "Environmental Security" (6-8 April), National University of Water and Environment (the city of Rivne.) - "Safety" (20-22 April), National University of Civil Defense (m. Kharkiv) - "Fundamentals health and safety "and" Civil protection "(23-24 March).

On February, 28 professors from the Judicial Department of ZNU met with future judiciary staff.

20-On 21st of February in Lviv, on the basis of the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv held VIII All-Ukrainian Law School on Civil Law and Justice. Participants from all over Ukraine listened qualified experts and researchers in one of the most promising areas of law. At the event attended representatives of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University Ivan Shumeiko, Vladyslav Bandrovskyi and Olha Popova.

During the visit representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University College of Tartu (Estonia) on January 11 attended Faculty of Law. Dignitaries discussed with the leadership of university graduate students and faculty prospects for further cooperation between our universities. Also at the meeting discussed the peculiarities of the language issues in Ukraine and Estonia, international activities of educational institutions, academic mobility of teachers and students in accordance with European educational space.

Graduate students of the law faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University Mykhaylo Shevchenko and Dmytro Kalnysh adequately presented to our students' university contest for the best scientific article of the constitutional and legal issues related to the protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. This annual intellectual competition among young scientists in the framework of the law carries week of Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
