On June 6, the Faculty of Journalism of Zaporizhzhia National University organized a round table discussion "European Values in Journalism during the War". The online meeting was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ JMM EU-Indy project "European media standards and values of independent journalism in the post-truth era" and Erasmus+ KA2 project DESTIN.

Recently a round table discussion was held at Zaporizhzhia National University (ZNU): «DESTIN Project: Results and Implications for Journalism Education in Ukraine».

On April 26, an American journalist, scholar of Fulbright Graduate Student Program from the University of Missouri (USA), Renee Hickman, met with students of the Faculty of Journalism during a round table meeting. She told about her research project, which she is implementing at the Faculty of Journalism of ZNU. Kateryna Sirinok-Dolharova, PhD Associate Professor, Vice Dean in International Affairs moderated and translated the speech during the meeting. 

On March 21, a round table conference was held at the Faculty of Journalism with the participation of American photojournalist Brendan Hoffman. The event was held in the framework of the opening of the photo exhibition “Brotherland: war in Ukraine” in ZNU. Honorary guest of ZNU, American journalist and scholar of the U.S. Fulbright program Rene Hickman joined the event to discuss current social issues, the image of Ukraine in the world, standards of journalism, etc.
