At the Law Department there was another Meeting of the Specialized Scientific Council. It was devoted to defending of two candidate dissertations for getting the degree of the Candidate of Juridical Science.
14 Council members were at the meeting. 
Nataliya Nikitenko defended the dissertation «Challenge (Self-Challenge) in Administrative and Procedural Process: Theory and Practice» (specialty 12.00.07 – «Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Informational Law»). The scientific advisor is Dr. Juridical Sci. 
Prof. Tetiana Kolomoets. 
The second dissertation was defended by Evgen Tsyba . Its topic is «Administrative Liability for Breaking Rules of Transportation of Passengers and Cargos by Automobile Transport in Ukraine» (specialty 12.00.07 – «Administrative Law and Processс; Financial Law; Informational Law»).
The scientific advisor is Dr. Juridical Sci., Honored Jurist of Ukraine, Prof. of the Odessa State University of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anatoliy Berlach.
