Law Faculty has carried out round table discussions on ‘Positive and negative effects of the Law ‘On executive introduction’ initiated by Students Scientific Society, with 2nd to4th year students and guests participation.
Legal experts Inna Panchuk and Olesya Davidenko were invited to share their experience.
Event participants have presented their reports for the discussion, having performed comparative analysis of some articles in the Law and defined both positive and negative effects produced through the amendments. Student reports were followed by counselling and advice on the part of experts being experienced in the executive domain.
Inna Panchuk has given some valuable advice to her young associates on executive system regulation, shared her own legal practice experience and helped to shape professional perception of legislation in force.
In a result students of Law have positively evaluated amendments to the Law of Ukraine. Following the round table outcomes the chairman of Scientific Society at the Law Faculty Ksenia Miasnankina was awarded with acknowledgement certificate for her active involvement.
