Scientific Societies of Zaporizhzhya National University and Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy held joint round table discussion
Initiated by Scientific Societies of the both academic institutions, a round table discussion was held at Engineering Academy. On the agenda was the issue of interconnection between environmental and economic factors in present-day construction work.
At the theme discussion their reports presented students from the Faculties of Biology and Economics (ZNU). Animated debates arose after the report on “Economic aspects in constructing alternative energy plants” by Oleksiy Minaylo. Student of Biology Kristina Krupey spoke of industrial waste as raw materials to use in construction supplies production. The report of Kateryna Plotnikova was dedicated to microclimate and energy saving, whereas students of Engineering Academy Olena Burkova and Kateryna Maltseva informed on financing means for construction sites and innovations.
In a whole the meeting was carried out in free atmosphere and reporters succeeded to involve everyone present into debates and outline crucial problems in the domain.
In the end ZNU UPSSS chairman Svitlana Dobroskok suggested the reporters to publish their materials in ‘Youth Science 2012’ Collection of Scientific Papers.
