Representatives of Zaporizhzhya National University participated in the IX specialized exhibition of energy technologies, industrial electronics and electrical engineering, «ENERGIA 2012», which is held in the exhibition hall «Kozak-Palace». ZNU scientists have demonstrated to the visitors a high level of developments in this area.
The exposition of the exhibition «Energy 2012» presents the innovative technologies in the energy sector, in particular - the use of non-conventional, renewable and alternative sources of energy, advanced engineering solutions and equipment, technologies of leading Ukrainian and foreign companies. Nowadays this industry have priority for the strengthening and development of the economic potential of individual structures and for the whole country.
During the exhibition, the conference «Energy Modernization of Hoising and Communal Services within the public-private partnerships». ZNU Vice-rector for administrative and economy work Sergey Kushnir gave a talk on «Experience of the Energy Modernization at ZNU». Sergei Nikolaevich said:
- We have a significant developments in the field of energy conservation and shared this experience with colleagues. On ZNU stand the personnel of Efficiency and Energy saving laboratory Andrey Bashenniy, Ivan Karpenko and Andrey Kovalev presented the developments of our specialists - heating system optimization, equipment for automation and control of the heating system, - which is successfully working in our university and aroused the great interest among the visitors and exhibitors. Representatives of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of NAS of Ukraine expressed their admiration for the fact that ZNU isn't profiled in this field of research, but still has such achievements and successfully embodies them in practice.
Therepresentatives of Commerce and Industry, employees of the condominium also interested in cooperation with us. Of course, we ready to cooperate and take into account all propositions. This is the second regional exhibition, which involves ZNU. There were such events in Kiev. And now, we're preparing for the next all-Ukrainian exhibition, which will be held under the auspices of MONmolodsport at Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University.
The event was attended by about 200 representatives of the different industrial enterprises all over Ukraine, foreign delegations, NGOs, researchers and developers, financial institutions, potential investors, government agencies, industry associations.
