Student of the Law Faculty of ZNU Roman Agaev won the "bronze" at the World Championship of Armwrestling
1-8 September in Gdynia (Poland) held the World Championship of Armwrestling among youth, juniors, sportsmen paralympics, veterans and adult athletes. Attendeded competition around 1200 of the best sportsmen from 50 countries. Among them was 4-year student of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University Roman Agaev.
Roman engaged in armwrestling for 4 years, during this time he managed to win 1 bronze and 2 silver medals at the European Championships. This year he first took part in the World Championship.
Student of ZNU competed in the 55 kg category for juniors under 21. After a fierce struggle, he managed to win two bronze medals (on the left and on the right hand).
«I am satisfied by the result, because the level of competition at the Championships was the highest, cause there were not weaker opponents!» - Roman commented on his own success.
Achieving of Roman Agayev - an example for those who are trying to combine hobby and successful study at university because four hours training in SC "Motor Sich" three times a week does not prevent him to study for "A".
We wish Roman inspiration and new victories!
