To the new academic year staff of Zaporizhzhya National University Scientific Library prepared books and informative exhibition of scientific and technical literature "Introduction to the specialty" in all specializations of educational qualification level "Bachelor".
At the exhibition presented books and publications, which are necessary for studying the course "Introduction to the specialty." For each of the 13 faculties of ZNU was formalized separate section with editions which reveal features of specialties in which training specialists, and motivational and socio-communicative aspects, 
spiritual and ethical values, status in society, which affects the formation of the image of the profession, emotional and rational in the selected profession, professions transformation stage, professional requirements and more. Articles cover many important points that are necessary for future mastering of chosen profession.
It should be noted that the Scientific Library of ZNU offers students and teachers not only published sources as well as information package, which includes a database of e-catalog, bibliographic reference lists, list of electronic resources on specialities.
In addition, ZNU prepared bibliography, containing information about resources in the fields of library science. 
Member of the Scientific Library at the beginning of academic year conducted for students of all faculties of ZNU lectures on how to properly use library resources and how to quickly and efficiently find all necessary information.
September 11 on the book exhibition visited first-year students of the Faculty of Journalism. They are acquainted with reference lists "Journalism. Introduction to the specialty" that delivers 198 books, articles in periodicals and scientific collections. Also Deputy Director of the Scientific Library of ZNU Nina Chala held for the students a lecture on "Fundamentals of library literacy." She described the rules of use as Scientific Library of ZNU as well any library in the world.
According to experts of Scientific Library of ZNU prepared by them informational resources will help students to form the skills needed for mastering the professional knowledge.
