September 14, students and teachers of Economics and Law College of Zaporizhzhya National University celebrated the Day of Physical Education and Sports. Within a week (9-14 September) ELC performed a variety of activities whose purpose was involving the students to a healthy lifestyle and active participation in sports. Holding athletics sports contest at the stadium "Locomotive" was the result of the Olympic week in the college.
Organizers of these events in athletics were physical education lecturers, and helped them third year students of the specialty "Physical Education".
Director of the college Olena Grybanova congratulated competitors and reminded that the best sportsmen study in our college, and proof of this is the victory of students in competitions ELC of regional, national and international levels.
Students of I and II years struggled for the right to be the best in running for 60 m (boys) and 30 m (girls) in the long jump from the place and 4x100 meters relay race. The fans actively 
supported participants of sports contest and applause the winners. The best results have demonstrated freshmen of the specialty "Physical education" but also other sportsmen were performed with dignity.
Friendly match of mini-football between the first and second years became bright completion of celebration of the Day of Physical Education and Sports in Economics and Law College. The winners of the competition were awarded by diplomas.
