Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates of the Faculty of Physics presented their activities to freshmen

October 8 at the Physics Faculty of ZNU held ​​a presentation of the Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates for freshmen. Students were told about the history of the formation of societies at the University, as well as the nature, objectives and purpose of the Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates. In addition, during the event discussed the faculty research activities and methods of organization and plans of the Society for the current school year.

In beginning of the event to students with opening speech addressed Dean of the Faculty of Physics, associate professor Andriy Andreyev. In his speech he said that active participation in the Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates of the Faculty of Physics has a positive effect on the development of students as young scientists. To his words joinedDeputy Dean for Research, senior lecturer Oleksandr Bahriychuk, who spoke about the prospects of the students scientific work at the Faculty.
The Head of Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates of the Faculty of Physics Valentyna Kucheruk told freshman on the forms of organization of scientific events (round tables, conferences, workshops, etc.) as well as how to participate in scholarship programs.
Students listened with curiosity about scientific societies and asked questions about the events that will take place soon. After the presentations, during a conversation with the Head of Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates of the Faculty of Physics Valentina Kucheruk, freshmen offered their own ideas on the organization and conduct of new research activities.
