October 22 at Zaporizhzhya National University held a public defense of the works presented at the qualifying stage of the competition Scholarship Program "Zavtra.UA" Victor Pinchuk Foundation. This year defending their own research participated 28 students of ZNU.
In the beginning of event specialist of scientific research section Svitlana Dobroskok reminded the audience that in six years, our university participation in this program fellows "Zavtra.UA" were 30 students from different faculties of ZNU. Svetlana wished successes this year's program participants and thanked the jury to decide whose presentation was the most convincing research.
Contest works of ZNU students evaluated: Dean of the Faculty of Philology Tamara Khomyak, Deputy Dean of research work Vira Kopiyka (Faculty of Biology), Mariana Tkalych (Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology) and Iryna Bondarenko (Faculty of Journalism), associate professor of Physical Rehabilitation Department of the Faculty of Physical Education Iryna Kalonova, associate professor of the Department of Management of Organizations and Logistics of the Faculty of Management Viktor Shyshkin, associate professor of Mathematical Analysis Department of the Faculty of Mathematics Mykhaylo Klimenko, associate professor of Finance and Credit Department of the Faculty of Economics Nataliya Kushynova, lecturer of Civil Law Department of the Law Faculty Dmytro Lutz and lecturer of Theory and Practice of Translation in English Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Mykhaylo Bakalinskyy.
Moderators of public protection were Acting Head of the Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates of ZNU Valentyna Kucheruk and Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates Secretary of the Faculty of Economics Sergiy Medvid. For counting of the number of points, which obtained contestants were responsible specialists of scientific and research division of ZNU Olena Borysenko and Svitlana Dobroskok.
In evaluating performances of the participants the competition jury took into account four criteria: relevance of the work, its originality, degree possession of material, validity and practicality of conclusions.
According to the protection of all participants received positive assessment and were allowed to participate in subsequent phases of the program "Zavtra.UA". However, the highest were evaluated performances of Konstantyn Andreev (the supervisor – associate professor Iryna Bonarenko), Vira Nevinska (the supervisor– senior lecturer Maryna Trofymenko), Alina Polyakova (the supervisor – associate professor Svitlana Ditkova), Kateryna Syvash (the supervisor – associate professor Pavlo Myroshnychenko), Anna Stavytska (the supervisor – associate professor Myroslava Chabanenko), Yuliya Stets (the supervisor – lecturer Inna Staschuk), Anastasiya Skokova (the supervisor – associate professor Grygoriy Chausovskyj), Mykola Kopylovskyj (the supervisor – Dean of the Faculty of Physics, associate professor Andriy Andreev), Oleksandr Korobov (the supervisor – Dean of the Faculty of Economics, professor Alla Cherep), Oksana Pyatnyk (the supervisor – associate professor Marianna Tkalych) and Anastasiya Subota (the supervisor – associate professor Iryna Tkachenko).
