According to the Regulation "On holding in Zaporizhzhya National University Competition "Student of the year"" this time in our universities select the best representatives of the students in the categories: "Student - social activist of the Year", "Student - artist of the Year", "Student - scientist of the Year", 
"Student - leader of student government of the Year", "Student - sportsman of the Year", "Student - journalist of the Year", "Student - volunteer of the Year", "Student - patriot of the Year" and "Student family of the Year".
Whole for consideration of the tender committee received 47 applications from all faculties of ZNU. The most active this time were Biological Faculty (7 applications) and the Faculty of Journalism (6 applications), several faculties have submitted applications to the competition from 5 candidates.
According to the decision of the jury in the category "Student - social activist of the Year" the best became Olga Lebedeva (Faculty of Journalism), in nomination "Student - artist of the Year" - Nataliya Onishkevych (Faculty of Biology), in nomination "Student - scientist of the Year" won Vladyslav Museyko (Faculty of Biology). "Student - leader of student government of the Year" 
became Julia Pigareva (Faculty of Foreign Languages), "Student - sportsman of the Year" became Roman Agaev (Faculty of Law), in nomination "Student - journalist of the Year" the best became Dariya Andreeva (Faculty of Journalism). The best "Student - volunteer of the Year" became Kateryna Baldina (Faculty of Foreign Languages), the title of "Student - patriot of the Year" won Ivan Shumeyko (Faculty of Law), and in nomination "Student family of the Year" noted Iryna Yakovenko (Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration) and Volodymyr Yakovenko (Faculty of Physics).
