Representatives of ZNU took part in the inauguration of VIII All-Ukrainian exhibition of youth newspapers publications "Youth accent 2013"
5-7 November in Zaporizhzhya held VIII All-Ukrainian exhibition of youth newspapers publications "Youth accent 2013". This year's grand opening event held on the basis of Zaporizhzhya Regional Youth Center, was attended by 50 teams of schools, universities and youth publications from all over Ukraine. Other mass media representatives of higher educational institutions - the editorial staff of regional academic newspaper "Zaporizhzhya University" (ZNU).
Event was organized by Zaporizhzhya regional youth public organization "Accent" and Regional Representative "Vostok", Ukrainian public organization "Human Rights Public Movement "Russian-speaking Ukraine"", supported by Zaporizhzhya Regional Council, Zaporizhzhya City Council, Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Zaporizhzhya Regional State administration, Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Zaporizhzhya City Council, Zaporizhzhya Regional Center of patriotic education of youth, young people Zaporizhzhya Regional Centre, JSC "Motor Sich".
During the grand opening of the exhibition leading specialist of the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of ZODA Ivan Yushchenko welcomed all the participants and said that it was of them - representatives of young people who take an active social position - determine the future of Ukraine.
Director of Zaporizhzhya regional youth public organization "Accent" Vladimir Systerov reminded the audience that from 2005 exhibition "Youth accent" collects the best representatives of the schools, and youth universities editorials of Ukraine. Starting from the city level, it gradually entered the regional, interregional, and since 2008 - the national level. During this time at the exhibition took part over 100 youth newspapers from 14 regions of Ukraine. Volodymyr Mykolayovych also noted that this year's event attended by representatives of many new publications and wished all participants a fruitful collaboration and communication during the exhibition.
Also to congratulations on address of participants and to wishes of not losing activity and the current position in life, which is the key to competitiveness and building a successful career, joined honored guests of exhibitions - Director of Zaporizhzhya Regional youth center Victor Mokshanov and director of the trade union of students, postgraduates and doctoral candidates of Zaporizhzhya National Technical University Andriy Ivanchenko.
After the grand opening, the exhibition work continued with roundtable discussion "Journalistic activity of editorial media in the formation of the youth value system". In the discussion of specified topic actively participated representatives of many school and student newspapers.
Next was an participants acquaintance with each other of the exhibition. Organizers invited to choose this format media presentations, accompanied by slideshows and videos. Representatives of the editorial staff told the audience about their experience of journalistic work, developments, achievements and victories, and shared their plans for the future.
Today, November 6, as part of the exhibition held master classes from prominent journalists and editors for both groups of managers, and students and pupils participate in the creation of youth publications, and blitz contest for young journalists.
November 7, in the framework of the XV International Specialized Exhibition of education institutions "Entrant-2014", will hold the exhibition newspapers of youth "Youth accent 2013" and rewarding of winners in the categories "School Press", "Student Press" and "Youth Press".
