At the beginning of November in Chernihiv regional center of culture and entertainment, with the assistance of district education department and local employment center held informational and educational campaign "Graduate 2014". The event invited students of 9-11 forms of the village Chernihivka and Chernihiv region. Zaporizhzhya National University at the event represented by the head of the preparatory department Iryna Bakalenko.
Together with specialists of the employment center high school students and teachers analyzed the situation in today's job market: the presence of vacancies in either profession, wages in the chosen profession, career opportunities, etc.. It was also on schools of different levels of accreditation, conditions of entrance to them, the quality of teaching.
Head of the Preparatory Department of ZNU Iryna Bakalenko in her speech said that the choice of profession - this is the first serious step that makes graduates. Not having enough life experience and information on the list of occupations, the young man is hard to make the right and informed choice. Iryna Mykolaivna said that now graduates with high quality prepared for external evaluation, and spoke about the opportunities provided by our university in preparation for joining and preparation for External Independent Evaluation tests. Present high school students were invited to study at the preparatory courses, work which will continue until May. During the training courses graduates will have a thorough knowledge and psychologically adapt to learning in higher education. Also of high school students reported in March on a free trial training of ZNU from all subjects of External Independent Evaluation tests.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions and get satisfactory answers to them. They are interested in the areas of training, availability of hostels, job prospects after studying in our university.
According to specialists of the employment center, representatives of higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation, schools and teachers most schoolchildren, these meetings are very important: the information is informative, interesting, useful, served in an accessible form, easily perceived.
