14 November in sports and recreation complex of Zaporizhzhya National University welcomed the winners of the traditional annual contest of students amateur performances "Freshmen dance flashmob". Organizer - Center of cultural and mass work of ZNU.
With welcoming speech to all those present at the feast addressed First Vice-Rector of ZNU Olexander Bondar. He thanked to talented freshmen of ZNU for their active participation in the competition and wished them success and inspiration for future accomplishments.
Rector’s Assistant on educational work Nataliya Voronova director of the Center of cultural and mass work Yulia Yanko also joined the congratulations and presented awards to winners of the contest.
This year's "Freshmen dance flashmob" the first place won team of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Second place was shared between a team of the Faculty of Physical Education and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration, and the third place - the teams of Economics and Law Faculties.
In addition, were determined winners in the following categories:
- "Spectator sympathies" - Faculty of History;
- "Sympathy of the jury" - Faculty of Biology;
- "The best choreographic stage" - Economics and Law College of ZNU;
- "Best choreography-stager" - Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration.
Host of the event was artistic director of the Center of cultural and mass work Andriy Bondarenko. He welcomed the participants and thanked all who care to students who every day during the qualifying round of the contest flashmob made donations to help the students of our university that need medical care.
Their choreographic staging all those present presented dance group «Freedom» and dance center "Detroit". And member of the vocal studio "Kantylena" of the Center of cultural and mass work, a student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Alisa Kryvosheyeva prepared as a gift the vocal performance.
