In ZNU students held a public seminar "Tell violence, "STOP!""

November 25 Zaporizhzhya National University held a public seminar on "Tell violence, "STOP!"", organized by the head of the student council of the biological faculty Anna Yuhrina and student of the Faculty of Mathematics, member of the conversational genre studio "STEM-MS" Center of cultural and mass work Mykola Kopylovsky.

During the event, a student of the Faculty of Social Pedagogics and Psychology Sergiy Volkov in his report outlined the psychological aspects of the problem. Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration Pomitiy Paulina, Arangy Anna, Dyhtyarenko Ruslana cited the statistics on violence in Ukraine and identified risk groups.
Students of the Faculty of Law Ivan Shumeyko and Anatoliy Stepashko reviewed the specified problem in terms of national legislation.
Representatives of the Faculty of Physical Education Anna Chmara and Albina Kryvenko showed the audience the basics of self-defense using improvised means.
During the seminar held substantive discussions on specific issues discussed in it. Also as part of the representatives of the Student Council of the Faculty of Biology held photo-set: anyone could be photographed with posters with the words "Tell violence, "STOP!"" or "I am against violence! And you?".
