December 1 on the basis of ZNU held 1st regional stage of All-Ukrainian contest of scientific and research works of students, members of the SAS.
This year, on the basis of our university writing competition tasks performed by 705 pupils of schools of city and area. Department of History, Philosophy and Social Science (distributed in sociology, philology, religion and law), this time brought together 166 people. The department of philology and art work 205 students, and in the department of chemistry and biology, ecology and Agricultural Sciences - 153 pupils. Department of economics, mathematics, physics and astronomy, computer sciences and engineering this year gathered 181 participants.
According to the Head of the Preparatory Department of ZNU Iryna Bakalenko, our university for many years is the basis for regional stage of Ist All-Ukrainian contest of scientific and research works of students, members of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Thus was created a comfortable environment for the appropriate SAS participants and their supervisors.
Before the competition with high school students - members of the SAS - communicated Deans of the Faculties, Deputy Deans for Vocational Guidance, as well as representatives of the Preparatory Department of ZNU. They spoke on condition of entrance campaign in 2014, especially in education and our university preparatory courses, the prospects that open to graduates of Zaporizhzhya National University, etc..
Representatives of ZNU held career guidance among teachers, who were given sets of booklets of ZNU, Faculties and a Preparatory Department.
