Archbishop Zaporizhzhya and Melitopol His Eminence Luka met with teachers and students of the Faculty of Journalism of ZNU

February 14 His Eminence Luka Archbishop of Zaporizhzhya and Melitopol, accompanied by the priest Father Vyacheslav visited Zaporizhzhya National University. During his visit, His Eminence Luka, met with teachers and students of the Faculty of Journalism.

Rector of ZNU, professor Mykola Frolov at the beginning of the event presented to the audience honored guest of the University. Mykola Oleksandrovych on behalf of all those present wished Bishop good health and fruitful work for the further prosperity of our country, and expressed hope that the dialogue will be interesting and useful for students.
During the conversation the Bishop Luka compared the profession of priests and journalists, because the members of both professions responsible for the formation of social philosophy. He called for future journalists, editors, and experts in advertising and PR in the professional work has always guided by the criteria of morality, to tell people the truth, do not apply to their low instincts.
During the meeting, students were able to ask all the questions the visitor that they actually care about. So in the audience was a fervent discussion of a number of topical issues. Bishop Luka said that he is very interested in the idea of youth and he is grateful to the students for what they are actively participating in the conversation.
At the end of the meeting Dean of the Faculty of Journalism, professor Volodymyr Manakin thanked all those present for their concern, and His Eminence Luke and Father Vyacheslav, who accompanied him, expressed his deep appreciation for what they have found time to visit the ZNU and sincerely, wholeheartedly answer all of their questions. Also, Volodymyr Mykolayovych urged those present in accordance with the guidance of Bishop find love in their hearts and overcome selfishness that prevents people together for the lofty goal.
