One of the directions of teachers and students of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University - popularization of legal knowledge. Recently, for 1st year students of the Law Faculty of the Scientific Community of Students and Postgraduates and Zaporizhzhya branch of Students League Lawyers Association, students conducted legal awareness training on issues of consumer rights protection.
During their speeches have broken quite important and urgent issues. For example, the relationship between the concepts "warranty period" and "service life" consumer rights in case purchasing goods of inadequate quality, the possibility of exchange of one commodity for poor quality. In addition, there have learned about the mechanism of action in case of purchase of defective goods.
Training and discussion of current issues continued the lecture, during which the speakers spoke about the responsibility for violation of consumer rights, and reminded the audience of which should apply in the case of violation of consumer rights.
