From 11 to 13 February lasted annual All-Ukrainian competition of inventive and innovative projects of ecological and naturalistic direction, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in cooperation with the National Eco-naturalistic Student Center, with the support of the State Service for Intellectual Property, Ukrainian Center of Innovations and Patent Information Services, Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Among the winners - a student of 2nd year of Biological Faculty of ZNU Anna Yurhina who took 2nd place.
Participants of the eye stage of the contest were 59 representatives from 17 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv. A student of the University Anna Yurhina presented her development of a "Multi-bra for breastfeeding baby harmonization" in the section "Medicine and Psychology" (supervisor - associate professor of the Department of Physiology and Civil Protection Hryhoriy Chausovsky).
Anna said that to develop together with her supervisor began work last September. The device is equipped with special equipment, including small electronic ozonator. It is designed to ensure that women could prepare for feeding baby: calm down, relax, harmonize the process of lactation. In addition, the device has a physiotherapy properties: can be used as a prophylactic to prevent lactostasis, mastitis, etc.. However, as noted Anna, the device has yet to undergo a period of testing and improvement to gain widespread use in medicine.
For the invention Anna Yurhina received a charter of the National Ecological and Naturalistic Youth Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, signed by her director Volodymyr Verbytsky and memorable gift - a stationery set.
