Today in ZNU held roundtable meeting on "Managing of labor potential". The event was held as part of the students' problem research group of the Department of Finance and Credit of Faculty of Economics "Theoretical and practical problems of financial management at the entity level, regions and the state".
Organized and conducted meeting the Department of Finance and Credit, led by Dean of the Faculty of Economics, professor Alla Cherep and Deputy Dean for research, associate professor Andriy Lynenko, as well as SCSP of the Faculty, led by 4th year student Oleksandr 
Korobov.
Participation in discussions on management of labor potential took students of Economics Faculty, teachers and guests. The event opened professor Alla Cherep. Addressing the youth, she emphasized: «Soon you will start the labor activity and will influence the employment potential in individual regions and in Ukraine in general. Therefore, participation in meetings of 
of our roundtables rather important for forming your mind, your experience, the relevant economic priorities - as future professionals».
The reports on topical issues performed the students and guests of Economics Faculty. So Serhiy Medvid revealed the issue of wage formation as a factor of labor potential. He examined the factors that affect the salary system (standard of living in the region, training of employees, etc.), and outlined opportunities to influence wage policy to enhance productivity. Tetyana Veremeychyk considered the theme "Youth employment in the labor market 
of Ukraine". She noted that about 10% of graduates now turn to employment centers an employment centers of the Faculties.
The participants stressed that the management of the Faculty of Economics have made many efforts to graduates had almost 100% employment: through the organization of production practices, collaboration with employers and others. In addition Dean Alla Cherep invited those present to participate in the job fair to be held at the Faculty February 26.
Shared her experience with students a specialist – Academician of the Academy of Sciences of social technologies and local self-government in RF Zhanna Malakhova. At the end of speeches answered the questions of the experts.
