Lawyers of ZNU discussed the problems of legal regulation of the financial and economic control in Ukraine
April 7 at the Law Faculty, within the Week of "Young Science" was held a roundtable devoted to the problems of legal regulation of the financial and economic control in Ukraine.
Financial and economic control - is the main form of regulation of economic activity. From its effectiveness depends the stability of economic processes, taxation and more. Central place in the system of financial and economic control takes audit.
Audit activity in Ukraine is regulated by the Commercial Code of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine "On Audit", "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine", "On the basic principles of public financial control in Ukraine" and other normative legal acts and auditing standards.
As part of roundtable concept has been proposed reform of legislation that will regulate the audit profession. In particular, participants stressed the need for a Union of Auditors of Ukraine and adoption of the new Law of Ukraine "On Audit".
Active participation in the meeting and discussion of difficult theoretical and practical issues took 5th year students – Olha Pidluzhna, Olesia Pankeieva, Valentyna Lola, 4th year students – Yuliia Shulha, Olha Fesenko, Yuliia Rokhmistrova, 3rd year student – Ivan Shumeiko, Dmytro Kalnysh, Anatolii Stepashko, Mykhailo Shevchenko, Kseniia Pankratova.
