April 9 at the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University was held a meeting of the section "Legal Science" within VII University Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Young Science 2014." This year the Faculty traditional event was attended by about 100 students and postgraduates.
At the beginning of the scientific meeting Dean of the Law Faculty, professor Tetiana Kolomoiets welcomed the participants on the meeting and noted it - an important stage in the development of future lawyers in professional and scientific fields, and wished all participants fruitful work of the section and interesting reports.
During the meeting of the section the main topics of discussion are: analysis of the role of the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk of state-building process; issues of liability insurance in medical activities; specificity of the moral rights of the author of a work of fine art.
Also great interest of participants raised questions reason receive training undue advantage and abuse of power or authority on set; relationship between the concepts "gift" and "undue benefit"; use of statistics from the study topics and liability for this violations; problem of the legal status of dual nationals in Ukraine and the legal consequences that arise after receipt of the citizens of Ukraine, citizens ARC passports of Russian Federation.
Similarly, participants of the section actively discussed the issue of the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; features of the American model of judicial constitutional control permission for the free use of firearms; criminal prohibitions under the current Criminal Code of Ukraine, with which ensured the protection of consumer rights.
All participants received from the Faculty sets of useful law books, writing instruments with logo of ZNU. They are also all invited to take part in large-scale scientific events on the Day of Science of ZNU, to be held in May.
